Frequently asked questions
-
Metabolic Peak® is your body’s high-output window, the time of day you’re biologically better prepared for higher physical or metabolic demand.
Unlike step counts or heart rate, it reflects when your body is biologically aligned, not just how active you are.
-
Not always. Circadian timing can shift over time due to factors such as training load, sleep patterns, travel, stress, and seasonal changes.
A single test provides a snapshot. Repeat testing allows changes in Metabolic Peak® to be tracked and interpreted over time.
-
Each test identifies your Metabolic Peak® — the time of day your body tends to be more prepared for higher output.
You can think of this as your personal high-output window, similar to how wearables highlight readiness or optimal training times.
Because biological timing can shift, repeat testing allows this window to be tracked over time rather than treated as a fixed value.
-
Just like sleep scores vary day to day, circadian timing can shift over weeks or months.
Repeat testing helps reveal whether your high-output window is stable or moving, adding context to the trends you see in your wearable data.
